Position Summary | Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: hiring and supervising student staff, on-site event management of selected sports, scheduling staff for various athletic events, assisting full-time facility staff with set-up/break down of home athletic events, contacting visiting teams and officials, creating and/or updating athletic operations manuals, coordinating and guiding tours of Athletic Association facilities, managing special events and rentals, assisting staff with facility maintenance and projects and performing day-to-day-office duties. |
