Company Overview
This one statement is the foundation on which Investors Community Bank was built. A group of banking entrepreneurs saw that the business of banking was changing and on March 17th, 1997, Investors Community Bank opened its doors. Technology was taking over and corporate roadblocks were diminishing a banker’s ability to build relationships with customers. So these entrepreneurs took a chance and started Investors Community Bank.

Founded by Bill Censky, Tim Schneider, Wayne Mueller and Mark Binversie, Investors Community Bank started in Manitowoc, and then spread across Wisconsin. In the ensuing years, we became one of the largest bankers for the agriculture sector and one of the fastest growing banks in the state providing a range of financial services statewide.

Our business was founded by entrepreneurs and we understand the dynamic business environment and the entrepreneurial spirit. From our frontline tellers to our executive team, we are dedicated to creating customized solutions that work as hard as you do!
