Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Software Engineer Senior in Jacksonville, FL to develop, document, test functionality for the ServiceNow platform and provide support to ensure project requirements and business needs are met. Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and new enhancements for ServiceNow. Interact with business analysts, product owners and users to define system requirements and necessary modifications. Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements. Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies. Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. Deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working with ServiceNow platform and its components including workflows, data model, configuration of forms and custom application development; developing client scripts, business rules, and Script including using programming language JavaScript; integrating applications and building web services using REST APIs; utilizing ServiceNow UI pages, HTML, CSS, and Service Portal; performing Database design and building SQL queries to manage the application data; debugging and providing technical support in troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to ServiceNow; and utilizing Agile Methodology for the implementation and delivery of project. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills.
