Consultant (Multiple Positions Available)

Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Understand ServiceNow development and configuration best practices, design patterns, and standards, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions.

Utilize strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow various applications in ITSM, ITAM, SPM, ITPLM, CSM and GRC: Service Catalog Requests, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management (SAM and HAM), and Integration using Web services and MID Server.

Involve in development efforts including (but not limited to) custom portal pages, API and software integrations, customized web pages, user interface policies, scripts, service catalogs, workflow, and customizations in the forms.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using Service Graph Connector, integration Hub ETL, and Robust transform map (ITOM).

Integrate ServiceNow with mobile to send SMS/pages.

Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks. Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing solutions.

Participate in the design and review of technical solutions and architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.

May be assigned to and provide products/support to specific industry groups such as automotive, banking and finance, healthcare, insurance, and Information Technology.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related. Five (5) years of any occupation with Information Technology experience, or related. Five (5) years of required IT experience, or related must include: ServiceNow applications/modules such as: Customer Service Management (CSM), Service Portfolio Management (SPM), Governance, Risk and Compliance Management (GRC); Scripting Languages such as: Glide scripting, Jelly Scripting; Various components used in ServiceNow such as: ACL's, Transform maps, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Scripted Web Services, Flow Designer; Integration such as: Web services, MID Server; Relational database expertise in ServiceNow; Service Graph Connectors in ServiceNow: SCCM, Intune; ITAM; Discovery; Asset Management such as: HAMpro and SAMpro; IT Operations Management (ITOM).

ROVING/TELECOMMUTING EMPLOYEE: Reports to company headquarters in Plano, TX. Will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S. for up to 100% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S. Can work remotely or telecommute.

EOE. 8AM to 5PM. M-F. 40. hrs/wk. Salary: $114,338 - $115,338.
