Role and Responsibilities

As a member of our NAM Digital Marketing team, you will support the day-to-day maintenance and publishing needs of various web properties and external customer facing applications. You will assist in publishing website content, support materials, requests from international offices, marketing campaigns, and other digital materials. This position will take direction from the Digital Media & Publishing Manager to ensure content aligns with overall digital and brand strategy and assist in the planning, development, launch and evaluation of web-based promotional and marketing programs to increase qualified site visits and conversions.

You'll work as part of the content publishing team in our Waltham offices, learning how to interact with our internal stakeholders, develop project plans, understand workflows and approvals, and manage multiple priorities while moving the publishing process along.

* Manage daily maintenance requests, such as completion and routing of web requests, requests for publication, responses to status updates and requests for quick deployment.

* Manage web projects of varying levels of complexity and sophistication, collaborating with stakeholders, administrators, web developers and designers.

* Build websites and pages in accordance with project requirements and recommend best practices and functionality to clients and partners.

* Ensure that content and design are understandable, accessible and consistent with brand standards.

* Work closely with internal business clients, designers, and the rest of the NAM Digital team to develop creative content for web and external channels.

* Assist in research projects, analytics reports, and managing, planning, creating, scheduling, organizing, editing and publishing content for all digital channels.

* Deliver a consistent brand voice across digital channels.

* Provide recommendations on innovative ways to use external platforms and digital content to tell stories, interact and build community and drive engagement and traffic.

* Performs regular reviews of web content to ensure accuracy, timeliness and relevance.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar degree

* Relevant experience developing and publishing content on digital and social platforms

* Proficient in website content management systems and basic HTML (such as Drupal, WordPress)

* Must have strong copywriting skills as well as excellent verbal and visual communication skills

* Working, current knowledge of web and social media-based concepts, tools, and techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO), usability, navigation, QA testing, content development and metrics/reporting systems

* Experience in supporting external applications and managing project timelines and requirements

* Self-starter and ability to take initiative on projects

* Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, in a professional manner when dealing with employees, members, vendors and company contacts

* Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow-through and project management skills

* Positive attitude and sense of ownership for deliverables

This is a full time paid internship based at the Dassault Systemes North American Headquarters located on 185 Wyman Street, Waltham, Massachusetts. You will be expected to follow a hybrid work model of 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.
