Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that optimize collaboration and efficiency in IT delivery and operations. This role is also responsible for system administration for productivity and project management tools as it relates to Agile Software Delivery.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage the administration of tools, including permissions, configurations, user management, custom/scripted fields, and integrations with other systems for Jira and Confluence and associated addons, and Miro.
2. Independently utilize your understanding of Agile, Scaled Agile Frameworks, and the Software Delivery Lifecycle to define and implement solutions, optimizing collaboration and efficiency by leveraging our productivity and project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.
3. Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design customized solutions for tools.
4. Stay abreast of the latest software, features, functionalities, and industry trends, and assess their applicability to enhance the organization's capabilities.
5. Stay connected to the user community and respond to challenges or opportunities for improvement.
6. Collaborate with others to integrate Atlassian tools with DevOps tools, such as source control, build automation, and deployment tools.
7. Evaluate and implement Atlassian plugins and integrations to enhance functionality and support evolving end user needs.
8. Function as the technical liaison with Infrastructure, Security, and relevant software vendors.
9. As second level support you will troubleshoot complex issues, provide timely resolution, investigate system errors or anomalies and train first level support/helpdesk on basic administrative functions.
10. Conduct regular health checks, audits of the tools and usage to identify areas for improvement, optimize system configurations, and ensure adherence to best practices.
11. Drive user adoption and deliver training sessions to promote efficient and effective utilization of Atlassian and related tools across the organization.
12. Create and maintain training or user guide documentation, as needed.
13. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments and all levels of staff, including executive management.
14. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
15. Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values.

JOB SCOPE:
The incumbent operates under limited supervision and uses substantial independence of judgement to complete the role responsibilities as assigned. Work will often be varied and complex in nature requiring the incumbent to regularly utilize effective collaboration skills on an inter/intradepartmental basis. This role must be able to work effectively across all levels within the organization.
